Hypnotherapy & Beyond

Taking you beyond your subconscious state into your super conscious state

"The purpose of hypnosis as a therapeutic technique is to help you understand and gain more control over your behavior, emotions or physical well-being"

What makes my sessions very effective?
My hypnotherapy session includes the transmission of healing/reiki energy making it more powerful and effective. During the hypnosis sessions, clients find it easier and to enter into a hypnotic (deeply relaxed) state. Some even feel the presence of higher universal life force energy around them, elevating the feeling of being calm and relaxed.
This makes it easier for me to communicate with your subconscious mind thus very effective in achieving the desired result. Being a intuitive healer, I also work with healing, balancing, restructuring and reprogramming your energy body. This will give you an overall, body, mind and soul transformation.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a wide range problems especially psychological and emotional disorders.

This includes but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety and stress issues

  • Eating disorders

  • Sleeping disorders

  • Weight problems

  • Lack of self-esteem and confidence

  • Addictions

  • Limitating behavioural patterns

  • Pain management

  • Phobias

  • Memory lapses

  • Learning difficulties

  • Ulcers, warts and more

  • Overcome lethargy or chronic fatigue syndrome

  • Improve concentration and performance at work, with studies or sports

It is also beneficial in helping the client analyse the cause of their problems or blockages in life. It can also be used to help the body fight certain medical conditions.

What you should know about hypnotherapy:

  • It is a therapy that requires the therapist and client to work together. It requires complete consent and total co-operation.

  • The client is always in control.

  • Hypnotherapy is not dangerous. "There is no modality less dangerous than hypnotism. No therapy is safer"  Dr. Michael Preston

  • Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotised.

  • There is no such thing as a hypnotised feeling. Hypnosis heightens your awareness while taking you into a very deep relaxation.

  • It is easier to hypnotise a person who is more intelligent and imaginative.

  • You cannot get stuck in a hypnotic state. Coming out is as easy as opening your eyes.

  • Hypnosis has no religious connotations whatsoever.

  • You cannot be made to do or say embarrassing things or reveal secrets while under hypnosis.

What is Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy is the combination of Hypnosis & Therapeutic Intervention.

Hypnosis involves altering the client's state of consciousness using skilled relaxation techniques that stimulates and focuses on the subconscious mind with the aim of deeply relaxing the conscious part of the mind. It involves the induction of a trance-like condition but where the client is actually in an enhanced state of awareness. It involves reducing or shutting down the client's conscious awareness as much as possible thereby raising the subconscious awareness further. When this is achieved the hypnotist can then provide suggestions to the subconscious mind without the intervention of the conscious mind. It is through hypnosis that a hypnotherapist can gain immediate access to the root of the client's problem which is deep in the subconscious and thereby provide appropriate therapeutic intervention. Concentrating, meditating, daydreaming are also part of altered state called hypnosis.

Once this state is achieved the hypnotherapist will then direct the client's imagination in a therapeutic way to bring intended alterations or healing as may be needed by the client.

Hypnosis cuts through the built-in habits, inhibitions and strategies of the subject, releasing often, those deeply buried memories for evaluation, enlightenment and assimilation and then bring about a rapid and permanent change for the benefit of the subject.

What is Hypnoanalysis?

Hypnoanalysis is a specific technique within hypnotherapy. It is a technique used when the symptoms faced by the client is caused by some hidden or repressed emotion or traumatised memory. There are times where one may face unwanted problems / symptoms without being aware of what the cause or root of the problem is. Hypnoanalysis combines both hypnosis and hypnotherapy along with additional specialised techniques and tools. Using the various techniques it allows the subconscious mind to reveal the original cause of the problem so that, working together, the client and therapist can understand and resolve the origin of the problem rather than just treat the symptom.

Hypnoanalysis would require several sessions spread over a period of time in order to resolve a problem.
