Be in Control of YOU

Majority of the problems we have in life stems from our thoughts. Stress causing nerve problems,  heart problems to gut problems, anxiety to depression, relationship problems etc. It is all caused by your thoughts. We allow external factors to govern our thoughts. Eventually these external factors take over our mind, body and life. 

 

These external factors of what others think about you, of what he or she maybe thinking or saying about you, of why others are behaving the way they do, of what could or might happen  or what has happened. Most of the thoughts we have are self fabricated thoughts that we create due to our own insecurities. 

 

The key to controlling your thoughts is by finding your inner self worth. It is through empowerment.  Empowerment comes by choosing to speak, behave and think with integrity, authenticity and love. Walk with pride and know that you are powerful just the way you are and you will create a new reality for yourself. You do not need your friends, colleagues, employers or family to justify your worth. If others can effect the way you think then they control you and your life. Take back your power. Learn to master your thoughts. Your subconscious mind can be trained to work for you and not against you. 

 

Many of my clients who practice these affirmations daily say they are no longer affected by external factors.
